Digital banks are much better than Itau
I went there and none of the 2 agencies in Trinidad resolved anything.
Employees don't care about customers
The agency even has good service, but they made a change to the ATMs, changing the way to deposit checks that doesn't work. Depositing checks without the need for an envelope is not working.... Then the way is to deposit them at the cashier's office. In addition to having to wait in line, there is also a fee charged in the account basket. Too bad, our company is already considering migrating to another bank.
I expected more. When opening my account they informed me that it would be unlocked in 2 business days, when I went to the bank to get my password I was informed that it would take 3 business days. When I called the Center they informed me that it would be 10 working days and that the information for 2 or 3 days is not correct.
It's impossible to talk to the bank, a simple conversation with management would do the trick. I gave one star, but what I really wanted was to give none.
